I like revo uninstaller. Just uninstall, scan for leftovers in advance mode, delete all. Then head over to device manager, look for your network card under network adaptors, right click & click properties. Then click advanced tab, Click Network address.
On the right, if not present is clicked, click the check circle next to the box. Then head over to miniwebtool.com/mac-address-generator. Select the bottom address format. Click generate. Enter this value in the box & click ok. Your network adaptor will lose connection & then reconnect. • Theoretically, you can just skip the uninstall, change the mac address, reboot & it should remove the commercial use suspected.
But, as funny as it sounds. I keep getting it appearing after a while. Even though I only connect to a few computers.
But I've done my hardest to get the commercial use suspect to appear & it wont. So maybe someone could test this if you have it? • And for the record, I have windows 10 pro with teamviewer 12. I did the steps I've described myself literally 5 days ago & it worked!'
Ok ive searched but im not satisfied. My current company uses Teamviewer Corporate so all good, great product. But i'm leaving to go and work for another company, so i'm removing the software from my PC when i work from home sometimes. I'm looking for an alternative, so has an agent, you can restart and the agent is ready for a connection, either open source/free. Not for commercial use, just for me to remote on to a few PC's now and then. Dont want to use VNC! LogMeIn free is no longer free any suggestions?

If you are being flagged as being a suspected commercial user, there are a bunch of places you have to clean out including often having to change your computer's MAC address, and they keep changing the location where they 'hide' things. I'm sure they have a utility to reset everything if you explain the situation. Much easier than trying to figure out everything you need to nuke.

They track by MAC address, whether you create an account or not. Once you hit certain criteria, which is heavily weighted by the number of different IP addresses you connect to, your MAC address is flagged as a suspected commercial user and they start limiting what you can do.
